Description
Two siblings handprints set in a pair of heart stacked pendants. The pendants are both personalised with the children’s names and then stacked perfectly on top of each other attached by one jump ring. The top pendant is slightly smaller then the bottom one thus differentiating between the older and the younger sibling. The pendants are set on a 16″ or 18″sterling silver chain necklace. Many other options and chain lengths available (there may be a slight charge for longer chains), please let us which length you require.
