All charms and pendants are made to order and are therefore unique. 3 days after order has been placed Charm Bee cannot accept cancellation. Changes are possible if production has not commenced. Please note packaging and postage are non-refundable. Charm Bee reserves the right to photograph your item and use it in publicity websites or flyers. Please inform me at time of ordering if you do not wish me to do so. Please be aware this is a family run business and all pieces are hand crafted and appear as so.  Charm Bee aims to place the name and print as closely to the requested position as possible, however, should they not fit exactly I reserve the right to place them on the pendant or charm where and how I believe to be the most closely suitable alternative.

I will endeavour to work with the prints you send me to the best of my ability. If you are having trouble taking a print please don’t hesitate to contact me as I will do my best to help. All hand/foot and paw prints will be returned to you with your finished piece, however, fingerprint putty is recycled and so will not be returned.

I will try to complete all jewellery within 15 working days upon receipt of returned prints. All prices exclude delivery charges.
